Hey Mavis's debut CD, Red Wine, was produced by the legendary Don Dixon (REM, Red Clay Ramblers and the Smithereens). It will be available in stores and online on August 8, 2010.

Hey Mavis Goes Classical - Sort Of...

Hey Mavis was the featured guest of the Akron Fireston High School Orchestra on May 19. The orchestra accompanied Hey Mavis on several songs including Bring Back, Jeans, New Seattle, Tell Me Lover True, and Song for Suitors. Thanks for everyone who came out to support our students. (They will be supporting you when you go on Social Security.)

Michael Stanley Christmas CD Now Available

Hey Mavis wrote and recorded a song that is featured on Michael Stanley's Christmas CD "Tis the Season". The CD was produced by the legendary Bill Szymszyk (Eagles, BB King, Joe Walsh) and features Michael Stanley and The Resonators, Alex Bevan, Jonah Koslen, Andy Pratt, Gary Jones, Colin Dussault's Blues Project, Endeavour, Daniel Szymczyk, and Rick Bell.

You can purchase "Tis the Season" here. A significant portion of the proceeds will go to Feed-A-Family, Rainbow Babies and Children's Hospital and Cleveland Clinic Children's Hospital.

Because of the popularity of their song, Hey Mavis appeared as the opening act for Michael Stanley and the Resonators at the House of Blues on December 26, 2009.
